Gatwick Express offers a quick convinent train service connecting Gatwick Airport with central London. Services from Londons Victoria Station to the airport take just 30 minutes with a train departing every 15 minutes! Click the logo for timetables, tickets and service status.

Welcome to London Gatwick

On January 2nd 2016, Gatwick Airport became GBAIR's London hub. Now, passengers can enjoy more better facilities and take advantage of more connection possibilities. Below you will find information to help you with your journey from/to London Gatwick Airport.


Check in & bag drop

All GBAIR flights depart from the North Terminal. Bag drop desks & Business Class check in will be available in Zones E & F - please check the monitors for clarification upon arrival at the North Terminal.




GBAIR will use a mixture of terminal parking positions and remote ramp positions and no set gate numbers will be used. Please check the monitors in the departure lounge and ensure you allow enough time to reach your boarding gate.


Executive Lounge

GBAIR Business Class ticket holders can enjoy the facilities of the Aspire Lounge located on the lower level of the departures hall.

Just follow the sign to "Lounges"




You can connect between GBAIR flights at London Gatwick with ease, all our flights depart from the North Terminal so no need to change. Your baggage will be through-checked from your point of origin to the final destination - upon arrival at London Gatwick - simply follow the "Flight Connections" signs.

If you are changing from/to a GBAIR flight from a different airline and using the Gatwick Connects service - the process is also very simple. Proceed to Baggage Reclaim on arrival, then take your bag to the Connect desk located in baggage reclaim. Present your credentials and your bag will be sent to the next aircraft, where necessary the staff will issue a boarding card for the next flight. You can then proceed back to departures - there is no need to join the check in lines for the next flight.
