MANX has signed a deal with AVOLON to lease 4 Airbus A330-900 NEO aircraft with delivery to commence in October 2024.

MANX ACMI (a BRITISHJET group company) has today announced an agreement with AVOLON for the long term lease of 4 Airbus A330 NEO aircraft.

This exciting news will see AVOLON provide a total of 4 Airbus A330-900 to MANX with the first unit expected for delivery by the end of October.

One aircraft is already available and undergoing delivery preperation after operating previously for Air Belgium. The remaining 3 aircraft will be delivered directly from Airbus and will be newly assembled.

Delivery of the remaining 3 aircraft is to take place in the first quarter of 2025.

MANX has already secured a 2 year ACMI lease customer for all 4 aircraft with entry to service to be closely followed by implimentation to the client.

The arrival of these widebody aircraft comes with the changing requirements of our ACMI customers and will allow MANX to offer increased capacity and mission range.

All 4 aircraft will be configured to 459Y for their initial deployment.

We look forward to welcoming the Airbus A330 NEO to the MANX family and adding even more diversity to our fleet.

MANX has a fleet of 14 Airbus A319 and 3 Airbus A321.

The A319 is configured 144 Y, operating with 2 Flight Crew & a minimum of 3 Cabin Crew. The A319 will has an impressive range of up to 3,750 nautical miles. Some are fitted with performance enhancing Sharklets.

The Airbus A319 was selected for its impressive performance, low operating costs & to target niche operating capacity needs.

The larger Airbus A321 is configured to 220 Y operating with 2 Flight Crew & a minimum of 5 Cabin Crew. The aircraft has a range of up to 3,200 nautical miles. All of our Airbus A321 aircraft are fitted with performance enhancing Sharklets.

Our first Airbus A319 aquisition, VP-CUB seen resting at Hondo - South Texas Regional Airport. It was since flown to the UK on 01APR 2023 for pre service entry maintenance & overhaul.

MANX has several operating bases or “quick launch stations” in the UK. These are airports where at least 1 aircraft and Crew Complement are able to depart from within 3 hours of activation.

These stations are our permanent standby aircraft stations in addition to any project or temporary basing on behalf of a customer. We are delighted to have aircraft and Crew based at Glasgow Prestwick, Teeside, Liverpool and London Southend.

In addition, MANX has established an Operations & Maintrol Office at Teeside Airport where all of our daily Operational & MRO needs are coordinated. As well as frequent and annual aircraft maintenance in house at Teeside, we also contract some works to KLM UK Engineering at Norwich.
