BRITISHJET has a clear, jargon free ticketing process to help you choose the right ticket for you.

Our popular Economy Class ticket gives you more choice when planning travel and puts you in full control because you only pay for the things that matter to you.

For maximum flexibility and a more luxurious travel experience, choose our Business Class ticket options.

The ticket types are explained in full below.

Economy

TICKET CODE (Y)

Available on all routes - our Economy ticket gives you our most basic travel option, it’s great value for money and stripped back to the bare essentials. You can decide if you need to add extras at the booking stage or a later date.

The ticket includes a standard seat in the Economy Class Cabin, Free Online check in & a hand luggage allowance of 10kg.

Here are the additional bolt+on extras that can be added to your Economy Ticket for an extra charge:

  • Hold Baggage allowance of 20kg (or special baggage such as sports equipment)

  • Extra Space Seat

  • In flight dining & treats such as Champagne - on flights over 2 hours*

Economy Class tickets are non flexible & non refundable - Name changes can be made subject to terms & conditions and a fee will apply. It is not possible to change the travel date on an economy ticket. Check in must be completed on our website or via the BRITISHJET APP to obtain a boarding pass- a bag drop only facility will be available to you at the departure airport.

* At least 1 complementary meal is served on flights over 8 hours in duration.

Business Class - Short haul

TICKET CODE (D)

A Business Class ticket can be purchased for travel on all routes, even when operated by aircraft that do not feature a Business Class cabin - the ticket still gives the traveler premium benefits and more flexibility.

There is no hard or soft product associated with a short haul Business Class ticket.

Short haul flights operated on ATR or Boeing 737 aircraft

The ticket includes a standard seat & the option to choose a seat in the ‘Manage My Booking section of the BRITISHJET website or using our App. Hand Luggage allowances is doubled to 20kg (2 pieces) and a Hold Luggage allowance of 40kg (2 pieces).

Check in can be completed on the website / APP or at the airport as preferred - at participating airports our Short Haul Business Class ticket holders will also be able to use fast-track security lanes and enjoy Executive lounges.

Priority Boarding is also available to holders of a Class ticket or you may board at your leisure.

Please note: Flights operated on ATR aircraft or any flight under 2 hours, no on board product associated with a Business Class ticket type.

You can pre-book a complimentary hot meal on flights over 2 hours operated on our Boeing 737 fleet. This is served with a choice of wines, mineral waters & tea or coffee.

Additional refreshments are available to purchase on Boeing 737 flights.

This ticket offers more flexibility & can be changed or cancelled in-line with the terms & conditions. Both name changes & travel dates can be changed for a fee. For date changes, any difference in the fare is payable.

Business Class - Worldwide

TICKET CODE (C)

Our award winning top tier is our Worldwide Business Class ticket. This ticket type can be purchased for all intercontinental services operated on the Boeing 737 2 class version & Boeing 787.

As well as including an extremely generous luggage allowance, VIP lounge access and a lie flat bed seat on board - the ticket is fully flexible in-line with our terms & conditions.

Date & Name changes can be made on this ticket type.

PRE ORDER MEALS

Passengers travelling on short/mid haul services between 2 & up to 8 hours in duration can pay an additional charge & pre-order a hot meal to be served on the flight. This option is available for Economy Class ticket holders. Complimentary Meals are offered to Short haul Business Class Ticket holders on all flights over 2 hours but must be pre-booked.

If a flight is scheduled to be 8 hours or more in duration - we serve a complimentary meal in Economy & Premier class.

Business Class Passengers are always served a meal - with the exception of flights under 2 hours and services operated on ATR aircraft. Pre order meals are not available on ATR flights.
